Why GateWay Trade Finance
John Kubiak and Mark Landes entered the trade finance business in 1994.  Each had a history as a successful importer distributor.  John Kubiak created Production Finance International and Mark Landes GateWay Trade Capital in response to the needs of entrepreneurs who had spent time and money to develop product, sourced it and sold it but did not have the working capital to buy the goods to fulfill the orders.  In 2007 we merged companies to create GateWay Trade Finance.   From our experience in the commercial sector we are able to recognize the commercial viability of transactions. We also know the need for flexibility and a quick response.   We maintain that emphasis in looking at commercial viability, flexibility in structuring transaction and responsiveness to our clients needs.
